About Dr Ute

Dr Ute Liersch is a Chartered Counselling and Coaching Psychologist, leadership consultant, speaker, and author.

Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, resilience, emotional intelligence, behavioural change, and embodied decision-making.

Psychology is her third career. After being directed away from higher education at the age of ten due to dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and ADHD, she later completed a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and built a multidisciplinary career spanning clinical work, leadership consultancy, education, and public speaking.

She works with individuals, leaders, founders, creatives, and professionals navigating pressure, transition, complexity, and psychological strain.
